Reiki Level I Training Course (Individual or Group, In-Person or Virtual) Send a message to find out the start date. Full weekend class, six hours each day. 1st Degree Initiation of Reiki Healing. This course can be divided into 2 consecutive weekends of 6 hours each day. In this class you will have an introduction to Reiki, its history, origins, background and methods of Usui Reiki Healing energies. You will also learn the art of Reiki self-treatment and how to use Reiki on others, through demonstration and practice. You will learn about energetic hygiene methods to cleanse your aura and shield yourself from negativity, healing unwanted patterns and learning how to manifest your goals, and breathing exercises to melt away stress. You will gain an in-depth understanding of energetic anatomy, including chakras, meridians and auras, preventive healing techniques to ward off physical ailments, and distance healing techniques to send love and healing energy to those not physically with you. You need to commit to staying present for both days. No prior knowledge is required. Follow-up email with additional material in PDF format.
